Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Partners We partner with major global carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and SF Express, which work with local couriers to deliver orders directly to your door. We offer flat rate worldwide shipping for our first-aid devices.

Order Processing and Verification You will be charged at the time of purchase. All orders and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take 1-2 business days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being handed to the carrier. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Address Changes Address updates can only be made before an order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, address changes are no longer possible. If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for a reshipping fee.

Shipping Time Shipping time begins once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

  • United States: Within 5-10 business days after shipment.

  • International: Within 7-15 business days on average after shipment. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs.

Shipping Locations Orders are shipped from our logistics partners located in the United States and international fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery based on your destination and product availability.

Tracking Information All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update.

Delivery Exceptions and Delays Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or incorrect address information. Furcen LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, customers should contact the carrier directly. Furcen LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
