Return Policy We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • There are no visible signs of damage or wear.

  • All original packaging must be intact.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of our products (first-aid/sanitary goods), items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email). For all return or exchange inquiries, please contact furkannmydrive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at furkannmydrive@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at furkannmydrive@gmail.com. We utilize timestamp information from the carrier tracking to review these requests.
